‘Moving On Well’ Transition Workshop: Tuesday 25th June

The Moving On Well Transition Workshop is for secondary school staff including Year 7 Heads of Year, Form Tutors, SENCOs and key staff working within primary and secondary school transition.

This workshop explores how to best support Year 7 pupils to succeed emotionally, practically and academically and will include:

  • Differences between primary and secondary school from the pupils perspective;
  • Evidence based practice supporting emotional wellbeing; 
  • How to maximise an effective transition using the 5 Transition Bridges.

Tickets to the training day are free of charge.

This event is hosted by the Shared Health Foundation in partnership with Lifecentre Salford.
